You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must ensure you have the right to share any photos or content you add to the App.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Date Dash offers optional premium subscriptions. Subscription details:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the prices displayed at the time of purchase
• Payment is processed through Google Play (Android), the App Store (iOS), or Stripe (web)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings or your account settings on the web
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective app stores or payment processor

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content (excluding user-generated content), and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Date Dash. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our written consent.

Some links within the App to venue websites may be affiliate links. This means Date Dash may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our recommendations or the date ideas we curate.

10. Limitation of Liability

Date Dash provides date suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or suitability of any venue, activity, or experience suggested through the App
• Any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from dates or activities undertaken based on our suggestions
• Temporary service interruptions or data loss
• Any actions taken by third-party venues or service providers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Date Dash's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App or at datedash.co.uk/delete-account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
